About Kohia

Expansive glass doors enhance Villa Kohia’s sea-facing orientation by framing breathtaking ocean views and establishing a continuous transition between the interior space and the outdoor area. The villa stretches over three floors and includes 900 sqm of space with four king-bedded bedrooms that have ensuite facilities. Three main bedrooms with ocean views occupy the top floor, while the middle floor features open-plan living spaces including a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can relax on the lower level’s spacious terrace, which features a 4m x 12m x 1.6m infinity pool along with a shallow kids’ area and sun loungers. You will have access to an on-site maid during your entire stay at the villa.

4 Ensuite Bedrooms 

The four modern ensuite bedrooms at Villa Kohia come equipped with king-size beds, and each includes direct access to spacious terraces, air conditioning, and ceiling fans while offering high-speed Wi-Fi. The main level features three bedrooms with breathtaking sea views and indoor/outdoor ensuite bathrooms, two of which feature freestanding bathtubs. The guest room on the living level features partial sea views and leads directly to both the garden and pool area, creating a peaceful setting for families to enjoy. Guests can choose luxurious comfort from any room, whether they prefer panoramic ocean views on upper floors or tranquil garden settings below.
